This project allows Kenyan communities to connect with far-reaching vendors and engage in e-commerce via facilitating a digital marketplace for the buying, trading and selling of agricultural goods and equipment such as seeds, fertilizers, farming tools, alongside processed crops and produce. It aims to connect farmers with a large network of vendors to provide them the equipment they need to maximize their agricultural productivity, as well as introducing them to a large audience of potential buyers for the fruits of this increased productivity, in a unfitted platform. It also includes integrated, regional payment solutions familiar to Kenyan communities, reducing the friction for buyers and sellers to start using the platform.
